Q: Does my room reservation require a guarantee?
A: Yes, all room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

Q: How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
A: To cancel your booking without incurring charges, please contact our Reservations Department at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Note that cancellations only apply to our best available rates as advance purchase rates are non-refundable.

A: You can check-in from 14:00 and check-out at 12:00

A: Yes, we do. Our Dream rooms offer twin beds. Dream room categories and our OZO Suite can also accommodate up to three people with a roll-away extra bed.
