Rooms and Rates

Q: Does my room reservation require a guarantee?
A: All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

Q: How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
A: To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact our Reservation Department at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Please note that you must be booked on our Best Available Rate as our Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable in the event of the reservation cancellations, amendments or no shows.

Q: What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
A: Our standard check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 12.00

Q: Is WiFi Internet access available?
A: Yes, we offer free WiFi Internet access in all rooms.

Q: Do you have twin or triple rooms?
A: We have twin rooms available for our Sleep and Dream room types. Triple rooms are only available in our Dream Space with a roll-away extra bed.

Q: Are King sized beds available in the rooms?
A: Yes, we offer King sized beds in all room types.

Q: Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?
A: All guestrooms have a safe deposit box available free-of-charge.

Q: Do you have a pet policy?
A: Regrettably, pets are not allowed at OZO Chaweng Samui.

Q: Are baby cots available for the rooms?
A: Baby cots are available on request to all rooms.

Q: Are baby-sitting services available?
A: Yes we do. The service is provided on request at an extra charge. One-day advanced booking is also required.

Q: Are high chairs available in the restaurants?
A: Yes, we have high chairs in all our restaurants.


Q: Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurants?
A: A selection of vegetarian a la carte dishes is available in all restaurants.

Q: Is a special menu available for children?
A: Yes it is.

Q: Do you have 24 hour room service?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer in-room dining.

Q: Is there a swimming pool at the hotel?
A: Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool and a kid’s pool.

Q: How much parking space is available at the hotel?
A: Our resort can accommodate up to 15 cars.

Q: Do you provide special facilities and services for disabled guests?
A: Yes, our two OZO Suites are equipped for disabled guests.

Q: Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?
A: We don’t have a tour desk but our Front Office team are happy to assist with excursion arrangements and visits to Samui’s main tourist attractions.

Q: Can we book sightseeing tours directly at the hotel?
A: Yes, sightseeing tours can be booked at our Front Desk.

General Hotel Information

Q: What are the local tourist attractions?
A: We recommend visiting the Big Buddha, Chaweng View Point, Lamai Beach, Namuang Waterfall, Nathon Town, Maenam Beach and Fisherman Village.

Q: Are there any golf courses near the hotel?
A: The Santiburi Samui Country Club is less than 30-minute drive from our hotel.

Q: Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangements for domestic and international flights?
A: Yes, our team can help you with re-confirmations.

Q: Is a doctor available at the hotel?
A: We don’t have a doctor at the hotel but one is on-call 24 hours.

Q: What is the nearest hospital?
A: Bangkok Samui Hospital is less than 10-miuntes from OZO Chaweng Samui.

Q: Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
A: Kasikorn Bank

Q: What voltage do you use in Thailand?
A: The voltage in Thailand is 220 Volts.

Q: What is the VAT refund system in Thailand?
A: Tourists are able to claim back the VAT on larger purchases when they exit Thailand. Most department stores are also able to assist in arranging a refund.

Q: Is it safe to drink tap water in Thailand?
A: The tap water in Thailand is not potable. However, complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.

Q: Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
A: Yes, please contact our hotel’s Sales department.

Q: What newspapers does the hotel receive and can these be delivered to my room?
A: Please check with our Front Office team when you are at our hotel.

Q: Can I rent a mobile phone?
A: Sorry, but we don’t provide this service.
